The first meeting is very important to get acquainted and discuss the main ideas of the project. Then we meet a few more times to gauge if we have good rapport. We want to evaluate and avoid any doomed engagements. It is critical to have mutual understanding and respect in order for very good communication. Without it, no cooperation will succeed.
